Normally I don’t have the time to rate my living experience for different apartment complexes and communities that I’ve live in as a Service Member, but this Apartment Complex has the WORST reputation thus far. Customer service, maintenance, professionalism, hospitality, cleanliness, communication, and accountability.

Would be a nice place to live if office staff weren’t so invasive and annoying. They always leave notes on your door about things, the water is always being shut off for some type of maintenance because the sewer lines get clogged, maintenance comes into your apartment without calling first, parking is horrible (there aren’t enough spots), water and light bills here are outrageous (in my experience) because the apartment isn’t efficient yet rent is steadily increasing. It’s very hard to cool the ...

upstairs of the apartment. Pros: maintenance responds quickly. However, they should still call and make sure it’s a good time before barging in, rent is no penalty if received by the 5th.

It's quiet and spacious where I reside and the walls appear to be sound proof to me because I never here my neighbors! My son school is literally 2mins up the street and Largo-Tibet is a pretty good school.
