Every single time I submit a maintenance request, they are quick to respond, professional, respectful, and most importantly, they actually get the problem fixed — usually in just one visit. It’s such a relief knowing that when something needs attention, I don’t have to worry about multiple visits or constantly following up.       I love my apartment and the community at Savannah Oaks. Just don't like the parking restrictions. My car was towed and my son's car was towed and it was extremely discerning. But other than that, everything is great.
