December 11, 2025I love my apartment and the community at Savannah Oaks. Just don't like the parking restrictions. My car was towed and my son's car was towed and it was extremely discerning. But other than that, everything is great.Property Manager Responded

The staff goes above and beyond—maintenance is quick, friendly, and actually fixes things the right way the first time. The office team is super helpful, communicates clearly, and you can tell they truly care about the residents. We have already referred our relatives to live here and they are extremely happy too. Don’t forget that the area is a plus. June 27, 2025A honest review. I was excited to live here- I was given a apartment that was dirty, broken appliances, and simply not ready for a new tenant although I paid them my money. As of now I would NOT suggest to live here to anyone. Its been 2 weeks thag ive physically been living here and although something have been fixed I am.still waiting for everything to get done before another month of rent hits and this gets dragged on longer.Property Manager Responded
