The only thing good about this development is the location.
June 24, 2022Sky high rent for below average apartments. And if someone tells me one more time...well that's the market... I'm going to lose it. You're paying for things that aren't even implemented! The gym has a rusty universal from the 90's. They are more worried about paving the parking lot 2x in 2 years then replacing a rusty light fixture in an apartment you've lived in for 2 years. Management and maintenence are also below average. Great in the beginning.... when Haley was here! But she's not here ...and hasn't been for two years. September 24, 2022Thank you for expressing interest in our community. I miss Haley too! She is dynamic. Joe is here now and he is amazing. Soon you will see upgrades to our amenities. Recently we added the Amazon station and everyone loves the convenience. We are starting the playground, dog part, putting green in September to replace the tennis court. The gym is currently being redesigned by a Morgan designer ( expanding and new equipment). We appreciate your patience while these enhancements are underway. Always friendly smiles at the office
February 28, 2020Savannah Place was our home in the north. We were escaping from the congestion and busy-ness of Doral to find peace, security and a friendly neighborhood. We loved the diversity we had here. The community areas were always clean and well-maintained. We had a fast response any time we needed to solve a problem inside our apartment, we appreciated the smiles and the friendly faces of Youlande, Peta and Alma. My husband and I made the tennis court a daily stop --- what a pleasure it was to be able ...to enjoy the court and the clean swimming pool all day. We have nothing bad to say about our experience in this confortable and affordable place close to the freeways, beach, restaurants and many fun places. Why did we move? Wish I could've stayed!
February 28, 2020Location is great - close to Boca shopping centers but private. The beach is a short drive, but Boca's parks and beaches are plentiful, well-maintained and well-worth the parking permit (for the beach!). Property Managers Peta and Youlande were excellent to us and were available to do anything to help; staff maintainence was prompt and efficient. Good neighbors in our building, but our private entrance was wonderful. We loved using the tennis court and the pool several times a week. Local ...shopping close and had everything we needed -- Winn-Dixie, Aldi, Walmart, Publix all less than 10 minutes away. Price was excellent too. Do not rent here! They are the worst!!
January 7, 2020They took an extra 200 in rent for no reason and wouldn’t return it!”, would only credit my account so they could keep the money for an entire month! They never fix anything no matter how many times you call. Roaches, litter everywhere. It’s disgusting!!! Kids unsupervised yelling all day long!
