Great complex!
November 20, 2025I moved into Savoy over the summer and this review is way over due. The leasing team created such a smooth process for move in. I love all of the amenities and they’re taken care of really well compared to my previous complex. I also appreciate that management is now enforcing parking rules and trash rules. The hallways are much cleaner and there’s more parking availability. Overall I recommend this place to live! Great location too.Property Manager Responded

September 4, 2025On the day our contract started, we had our appointment scheduled for key collection and introduction. After waiting longer than scheduled, we were informed that there was no one at reception. A maintenance person gave us a folder with paperwork and keys, and that was it. We've had to learn all the processes on our own. We also had to ask for help with receiving mail because we weren't registered. Finally, we're having problems with the washing machine and we don't have a trash can. No one has ...resolved this yet.Property Manager Responded

We’d like to offer some clarification and extend an invitation to speak with us directly so we can better understand your experience. The recent hot water issue in Building #2 was unplanned, and unfortunately, we were not able to provide advance notice. Our preferred vendor assessed the situation yesterday, and hot water has since returned to more stable temperatures. The majority of the necessary repairs are being completed today. While we completely understand the inconvenience, occasional equipment disruptions can occur, and we are working as quickly as possible to restore full service. We respond to all communication within 24–48 hours of receipt. We also want to make sure we receive your emails, but with anonymous feedback, it does not help. Regarding your maintenance requests, they are not being ignored: unfortunately, our system does not allow for notes or technician comments to be visible to residents once a work order is ...closed. However, please rest assured that if your requests were marked as completed, the necessary steps were taken to resolve the issue. If you feel something remains unresolved, we encourage you to reach out and schedule a time to speak with the management team directly. Thanks for the feedback.
