Safety and care is so poor

As others have mentioned, packages are stolen often and nothing seems to improve. You'll arrive home to find interior hallways unlit. Mold grows around your windows. There's dog pee in hallways and elevators for days. When you bring it up to management they either ignore you or say "thank you!" It's incredibly disheartening to get a text back of "thank you!" after you list a bunch of safety and cleanliness issues with pictures.
