From the moment I walked in, she made me feel like I was already home. She took her time, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free.

Property manager has not responded to any requests, we came to the apartment with it completely DIRTY and not painted (painters left all their supplies inside the unit). There was a huge hole in the wall, the shutter from the window is laying on the ground. Closet doors are removed off the hinges, the dish washer isn't secured, you can pull it out completely. NO REQUESTS HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED. You can't get a hold of the property manager. Horrible moving experience, especially coming from states ...

This is a great place to live. Jamie, the property manager, is really on top of things. The property is keep clean and safe no matter the season, issue are resolved quickly and professionally. I moved into Sawbury Commons over 4 months ago and I love living here. The town homes are large and have been remodeled. I have new appliances including washer and dryer, stove and refrigerator, stove and microwave. New carpets and flooring. Jamie the property manager was great to work with she is warm and friendly. When I ran into an issue in qualifying Jamie was there to help me resolve them. The maintenance team are great at their jobs. When I submitted a maintenance request they when very ...

I recently have moved to Sawbury Commons with the help of the leasing agent Jaime W. She was amazing at assisting me with everything!! I am so happy that I chose this community to move me and my family to. My kids will now be able to attend Dublin City Schools which is a major plus ! Everything is extremely close like Walmart, convenience stores as well as much more you may need with a family!! My other favorite is that Indian Run Falls and Hayden Falls park are extremely close along with other ...

When you move in its like they dont care to make the place look brand new..there where cracjs on the walls and where the wall joins the floor..specially the closet..it has a strange smell..who ever is in charge of getting these townhomes ready for new move ins are not detailed or neat..I felt like I was somewhere where the ones before me just moved out and cleaned and the property managers I dont think review the place after...its was not neat and the only thing they blamed it on was the fact ...

Unfortunately, you are mistaking our property for the community across the street, where those townhomes are privately owned by a different owner. People have assumed those are apart of our community because they look alike on the outside. However, we take pride in our community ensuring that the grounds are clean, bulk is clear and the exterior and interior is maintained professionally. Our maintenance staff works diligently to ensure our units are turned and move in ready. We turn all of our units with new carpet, paint and hire a professional cleaning company to clean the units. For appointments to come view one of our beautiful spacious townhomes, please call 614-210-0086. Thank you and hopefully we were able to clear up any confusion.
