December 11, 2025I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this apartment community. The location is great —close to everything I need while still feeling peaceful and comfortable. The amenities are well-maintained and genuinely make day-to-day life easier and more enjoyable. What really sets this place apart is the staff. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been nice and incredibly efficient. They respond quickly, and follow up thoroughly and truly care about residents’ comfort. December 10, 2025I love living here! Maintenance is super responsive and all staff care about each resident. I love the mail system ease and all the resident events. My only negative is there is no mirrors on the upper garage floors so parking can be stressful as it’s quite tight in there.Review from Apartments.com

August 19, 2025We love Sawmill ! It’s not just an apartment complex , it’s a community ! The staff is wonderful !! They are always available and work very hard to accommodate any isfues that arise . Monthly actives are always fun and varied . We have been here almost 5 years and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in Wilmington .Property Manager Responded
