March 9, 2026I have very much enjoyed my experience with Sawmill Point. It has been the best apartment living experience I've had in Wilmington. The location and amenities makes it unmatched, in my opinion. December 11, 2025I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this apartment community. The location is great —close to everything I need while still feeling peaceful and comfortable.
