Love the Sawmill Point community. I don’t have to worry about safety for my daughter in college. The experience has been amazing from start to finish. The convenience of the location to CFCC and downtown Wilmington is impossible to beat. Samantha the leasing manager is amazing and has been so helpful. We love it here! And the sunsets from her balcony are gorgeous.

Love my apartment and the community! Hallways are a little loud and could use some form of sound dampening, but its livable. Theres a smell from sewage at times on the pavilion side of the building, but its only certain times of the day.
