March 25, 2026The number one best thing about Sawmill Point is the awesome office staff and the site maintenance folks. All excellent, helpful, supremely kind and courteous. Next best things are the place is gorgeous, has a great view of the river, and great amenities. There are two kinds of pool: a warm water outdoor pool, and a nice indoor pool table. Excellent gym and a free coffee machine with gourmet choices. (but, bring your own cup:). I plan to renew my lease!Property Manager Responded

March 9, 2026I have very much enjoyed my experience with Sawmill Point. It has been the best apartment living experience I've had in Wilmington. The location and amenities makes it unmatched, in my opinion. Staff is extremely responsive to maintenance requests - they fixed an issue I was having in less than an hour from when I submitted the work order!Property Manager Responded

December 11, 2025I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this apartment community. The location is great —close to everything I need while still feeling peaceful and comfortable. The amenities are well-maintained and genuinely make day-to-day life easier and more enjoyable. What really sets this place apart is the staff. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been nice and incredibly efficient. They respond quickly, and follow up thoroughly and truly care about residents’ comfort. December 10, 2025I love living here! Maintenance is super responsive and all staff care about each resident. I love the mail system ease and all the resident events. My only negative is there is no mirrors on the upper garage floors so parking can be stressful as it’s quite tight in there.Property Manager Responded
