January 20, 2025We still don't have a 24/7 concierge, which is one main reason I moved into Sawyer Place. The maintenance department is wonderful. The amenities room is not what it used to be. The ice machine is turned off.Property Manager Responded

September 4, 2024I have 3 years living here my first year was amazing but the next 2 years I notice that everything is going worse and worse, one of the main thing I pick this building was the no smokers building but they do it in every single area including all amenities, there was a bathroom next to the laundry now is not working because nobody can handle the bad neighbors, so the high cost of living suppose to be in good condition when I try to play pool there’s no ball the arcade is not working, the barbecue ...is dirty nobody follow the rules anymore, I hope something change in the next days .Property Manager Responded
