October 30, 2025GIVE THEM ABSOLUTELY NO MONEY UNTIL YOUR LEASE IS FULLY ENACTED AND SIGNED. I am still waiting on over $1500 from an apartment that I was approved for and then later denied due to an office oversight. February 24, 2025We have been on a lot of tours since we are new to the area, but nothing stood out like Saxon Pond Flats. The community is new and has nice features. The staff, Mckenzie and Tawana were two peas in a pod. They made us feel welcome and took the time to show us around. We can't say enough great things about the community and the two ladies in the office.Review from Apartments.com
