September 15, 2022Looking at the reviews on Goog1e you’ll see that most five stars reviews are from those who toured and not from actual residents and tourists are encouraged to leave 5 star review (we did and made a quick/honest edit). Within over a month of living here, we've reported at more than five maintenance requests. - The amenities and office are constantly being closed until further notice, leaving zero reasons or follow up to them re-opening - There was a fight at the pool the first week here at 11 am. ...- The sky lounge was closed until further notice due to illegal activity from residents. - I was told by the staff that the property may sell in the future (weird thing to say) - There's a great park nearby. - The wi-fi is on a shared network, meaning the router is built in and you can't use your router. Also, you can't use any home wi-fi enabled accessories (homepods, hue lights, etc. won't connect) - Mail will be delivered to the office, with no communication on when it will be delivered to the unit mailboxes. - dumpsters now have a dedicated location in the middle of the parking lot. - The mail is still not being delivered to the mailboxes and you have to go to the office weekly/daily to retrieve your mail. - THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE LEASING OFFICE. Eg. 1. construction showed up digging a large hole in front of townhome with no prior warning. Then we get a knock on the door to not use the water from the workers. 2. We waited two months for bathroom “hardware” that wasn’t installed prior to moving in. When we finally got notice for the two day installation. It was moved to the following week with zero communication about the reschedule. We both work from home with sensitive information being discussed so we had to take off work three days. There’s more though I’ve reached my character limit. To say the least the property is rushed has many flaws that are covered (skewed reviews), the property will sell soon (No care from staff/developers) and we won’t renew our lease here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
