July 30, 2024This place is disgusting. Filled with roaches and other insects. Horrible property owners. Ridiculously cheap. They advertise this to be renovated when it’s possible that may be the only renovation they conducted and took photos of. Don’t bother living here.Review from Apartments.com
Nice complex but suspicious utility charges
May 31, 2021Really Nice complex and staff. I like that it is very quiet. I have no issues with pests. However, it is important before selecting here to know that the utilities are suspiciously high in some units even while excessively conserving. It really ain't great.
April 13, 2020The location is the only reason to move here. Close to everything. Bus. HEB. Food. Gyms. Schools. The building itself is not great. Its old. You can tell. The front desk ladies have all been nice. But repairs never happen. The photos you see don't reflect the current condition of the place. Its a shame. If they just tore it down and starting from square one this could be the place... but its just too old and is falling apart.Review from Apartments.com
