My neighbors seem nice. Unfortunately, NOTHING has been done from my list of items I handed in when I moved in and filled out the problem list in the apartment (i.e. patches on walls, dirty carpet in the bedroom, etc.). I had to go out and buy my own shower head because there was one missing.

there are not enough dog waste stands in the area,if there were maybe people would pick up there dog waste. the landscaping needs to improve in fron of the building.the office and maintenance are wonderful and very nice and always easy to deal with.I am very sad that I ahve to move as I am not eligable for rent specials..I will miss this place

Living here has been a consistently positive experience in terms of daily comfort. The apartment is notably nice and impeccably clean, which made moving in and maintaining the space very easy. One of the best features is the quiet environment; I rarely hear any noise from neighbors or the street, making it an ideal spot for anyone who works from home or simply values a peaceful atmosphere. The only significant drawback is that the monthly costs are a bit high compared to some local alternatives. ...
However, given the current state of the economy and rising prices across the housing market, this seems to be a widespread trend rather than a specific issue with this property. If you prioritize a high-quality, tranquil living space and can budget for the premium, it is definitely a place worth considering.

I like living at this apartment complex, though some damages show from previous tenants. Minor things, and hopefully it doesn't come up in the departure inspection, but if my only gripe are some dents in the floor, I'm fairly happy.

So far its been good. Had a few things that already had to be fixed within the first month of living here. But otherwise its pretty quiet in the area, upstairs neighbor is loud when walking, walls are pretty thin.

I actually really love the apartment itself. It’s spacious and cutesy. The staff is super sweet and helpful. I’m glad I moved here. The only thing I don’t love is the ancient and screenless windows. Once they fix those, it’ll be perfect.
