Great place to live!
April 28, 2023I've been a resident at SP for approximately 5 years and I've really enjoyed my time here! Lashon is our new property manager and she's just AWESOME! Always full of energy and good vibes. She not only has gone over and beyond to make sure I'm happy, but does it for others as well. The new Asst. PM Joy is also very welcoming and kind. Our maintenance guys (Kelvin and Maurice) are the best as well. They're gonna work and get the job done professionally. I love the entire staff! I'm also grateful ...they make sure our gates work. The best apartment complex in Atlanta
April 28, 2023This is by far the best apartment. Ms.Asia and Ms.LaShon the property welcome me and my son with open arms . The community is clean and the best is No Crime at all . I most definitely feel safe being a resident here . Please apply you will not be disappointed. The grass is always kept nice . I promise this is the place for you and your family . April 27, 2023I have been living here at for almost a year. Me abs my daughter absolutely loves it here. The staff has always been professional, helpful and maintenance is always on top of things. Scarlett place made my move very easy and Asia who was the assistant at the time was extremely helpful. Scarlett place has different meetings for safety and also make the tenants very aware of anything going on on in the community. I love how they involve the tenants with different events that they have for us and is ...open to any suggestions that we may have to make this community even better. Safety is an issue
December 9, 2022You maybe safe once you are in your apartment but not in the parking lot. Office will brush off any incident you bring to them about safety. Makes you feel like you are not important nor your property. But this was not the energy when I moved in.Review from Apartments.com
