I loved living here. Very convenient location, quiet and safe neighborhood, and everything in the building was always clean and taken care of. Nike and Tommy, the building super, was always extremely friendly and happy to help with any issue. Parking was so easy, and the train is a quick 10 min walk. Susan the Managment was always kind and easy to work with. I give them a 5 STAR... EXCELLENT JOB

We’ve never lived anywhere else that make us feel as much like a home as Fairway LLC. Once we decided to rent an apartment here, Susan (property manager) made everything super easy and was very helpful for us. After they fixed and made it ready we moved in, Nick (superintendent) and Tommy stopped by making sure everything was good, since then they’ve been there for us any time we needed! This is my first apartment and I love living here! The management team was so helpful in organizing a tour of the apartment and walking me through the whole process. Since I've been living here, it is so quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are respectful and it is centrally located to many attractions nearby!
In addition, maintenance team is always fast and efficient in helping!

We have been here for almost two and a half years. We love living here . Everyone is very friendly and helpful. When it snows, Tommy and Nick work very hard to keep the parking lots and walkways clean. Susan is very helpful with everything you may need. We would recommend living here. It is super close to all your needs on Central Ave and more.

I have been living at Scarsdale Fairway for nearly 10 years and I absolutely love it. It's beautiful property in a great location. The staff are wonderful. Susan is very professional and helpful, and Nick and Tommy are a great team when it comes to maintenance. Winters in New York are harsh but you have no problem getting around the driveway here because the snow removal is fabulous. I have enjoyed living in Scarsdale Fairway for 6 years. The apartments are spacious enough for my family and we enjoy the balcony and screen doors. Enjoying sunlight on a Saturday morning with a cup of coffee is 1 of the small joys of life. Susan the officer manager, and the supers Tommy and Nick are so kind. Any issues with the apartment are addressed immediately and we couldn't be happier.
