Great place to live.
October 4, 2022I loved living here. Very convenient location, quiet and safe neighborhood, and everything in the building was always clean and taken care of. Nike and Tommy, the building super, was always extremely friendly and happy to help with any issue. Parking was so easy, and the train is a quick 10 min walk. Perfect place to live
September 8, 2022We’ve never lived anywhere else that make us feel as much like a home as Fairway LLC. Once we decided to rent an apartment here, Susan (property manager) made everything super easy and was very helpful for us. After they fixed and made it ready we moved in, Nick (superintendent) and Tommy stopped by making sure everything was good, since then they’ve been there for us any time we needed! Super quiet neighborhood, very well organized and cleaned parking lot too. As a location is super ...convenient, in central Avenue you can find anything you need. Since I've been living here, it is so quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are respectful and it is centrally located to many attractions nearby! Great place to live.
July 7, 2020We have been here for almost two and a half years. We love living here . Everyone is very friendly and helpful. When it snows, Tommy and Nick work very hard to keep the parking lots and walkways clean. Susan is very helpful with everything you may need. We would recommend living here. FIVE STARS!
October 30, 2019I have been living at Scarsdale Fairway for nearly 10 years and I absolutely love it. It's beautiful property in a great location. The staff are wonderful. Susan is very professional and helpful, and Nick and Tommy are a great team when it comes to maintenance. Winters in New York are harsh but you have no problem getting around the driveway here because the snow removal is fabulous. Nick and Tommy stay up all night clearing the snow and ice for this driveway to be spotless. A Great Place to Live
October 23, 2019I've been living at Scarsdale Fairway since 2015 and couldn't be happier. Susan, the property manager, does an excellent job running this complex. She is as professional as she is pleasant, always responding quickly to my requests. Nike and Tome, the supers, are also very friendly, supportive and responsive. They not only keep these grounds beautiful all year but quickly and effectively shovel and plow snow in the winter so we can walk the paths and drive out of here safely. Wonderful place!
