Don't just don't
August 12, 2019Hallways always smells like weed and smoke. Kitchen vent doesn't even work half of the time. You can hear the heating vents through the walls throughout the entire winter. If you had a previous tenant that smoked be prepared to smell like cigarettes. When we first moved in, the day of moving, the apartment wasn't even clean until 5pm that day, wasted the entire day of work just to know that I could've just worked first then moved in after. Had moved in to this place as a last second resort, our ...first initial impression was fine until after we moved out. Management was fine but for some reason really antsy about us moving out early even though we had given them our 60 day notice. Decided to move out and even cleaned out the place our ourselves, our mistake was not taking pictures after, we did not get our deposit back, with our cleaning we knew that it was just about as good as we first moved in. So we decided to leave it to good faith, boy were we wrong about that, no deposits back. We moved out as soon as we could. Fantastic Find
September 26, 2015I moved into these apartment with my boyfriend about 2 years ago and still have no issues. My boyfriend has been in this apartment building for about 4 years. The landlord is awesome, no problems. If we have a concern or issue, our landlord is on it the next day. Neighborhood is great, still close enough to town. I have no compliants! This is a perfect apartment for anyone looking for a good place AND good pricing.Review from Apartments.com
