The entire staff is very friendly and helpful and I have always been able to get all issues resolved promptly. If you leave a voicemail asking a question or fill out a service request, the submission or voicemail will be marked as "solved" without them calling you back or actually fixing the ...problem. The fitness center is said to be open 24/7, yet all the doors are locked and there is no information on how to get in. We pay for pest control every month but they have been here once since we moved in and we still have a bug problem. We've only lived here for 2 months and least to say, this place is not worth the money!Read More
