NOISY
May 12, 2021If you don’t like a lot of noise don’t live over here. Neighbors have a tendency to be loud and inconsiderate of others and property management refuses to do anything about it. I put in several complaints and even asked my neighbor myself to be a little quieter and management claims there was nothing they could do. Also the property is right beside a loud factory and train tracks. If you don’t like noise don’t live here.Review from Apartments.com
unique space for awesome price
August 3, 2016My partner and I love living at the School at Spring Garden. Yeah, the carpets could use some love but this place is a renovated high school- so neat. Historic, you can tell where certain rooms once might have been, really cool look with the exposed brick. Not your typical cookie-cutter apartments. Some kitchens are small but they're all the space you really need. What makes up for it is the size of the other spaces- our main room is so large we actually struggled to fill the space with ...furniture: it's great for hosting game nights or dinners, etc. High ceilings, large windows, and the walls are pretty thick so we rarely hear our neighbors. There is always hot water and routine maintenance. The place has it's FEW quams but it's so worth it for what you're paying for--- we signed on for another year!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 24, 2016Awesome Deal! When I tell my friends what we pay they are all shocked. Pictures don't do it justice. Great Staff- especially the head of maintenance Lots of things to walk to- restaurants, bars, nightlife, and only a $5 uber to downtown. High ceilings, exposed brick, and lots of living space. One of the best kept secrets in Greensboro.Review from Apartments.com
