A true hidden gem near downtown Spartanburg! Stylish lofts, amazing natural light, timely maintenance, and a welcoming community and the Manager, Brooke is very friendly and helpful. Me and my dog love living here.

BEST place to live!

I’ve lived at Schoolhouse Lofts for over a year. I have absolutely no complaints! It’s so clean and quiet! The amenities are great-epecially the pool and gym. The staff is AMAZING! Kelli, the Property Manager, goes above and beyond for the residents!! I’m SO happy to call Schoolhouse Lofts home!
