June 11, 2024The foundation is so poor your homes will be full of mildew, mold, and moisture. The staff is so passive and so does not care to make any effort for their shortcomings. The maintenance team will deny you of emergency maintenance and will leave you with no heat in 45 degree weather. I’ve counted a number of 4 tenants that have allegations of maintenance stealing from their homes. They will serve you papers then when you address it, say “oh you can disregard we don’t know why you got that” .Review from Apartments.com

Coolest lake view on the planet
September 23, 2015I love my spacious 2-bdrm apartment. I have a quiet 3rd floor sunny apartment that allows me to enjoy my lake view all year round. I have ample parking space and lots of storage. The grounds of my community, Schooner Cove, is like a park with tennis courts, a swimming pool, and walking paths along Ford Lake. Great location and community.
August 5, 2015I recently moved into Schooner Cove apartments and have been very satisfied so far. The unit, grounds and community areas are all well maintained. My daughter has used the exercise room and pool on several occasions and it is always clean. I love the mature trees and lake views - not to mention the fireworks on the 4th, we were able to watch from our patio! The office staff and maintenance staff is friendly and helpful. When I first moved in there were a few small issues, maintenance took ...care of all of them within 24 hours. I even got a follow up call from the office to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. July 28, 2015I love this apartment! It is gorgeous inside and out. Private entry, washer and dryer in unit, and a unique floor plan for the area. We have had minimal issues with neighbors, no issues with package delivery. Any time we have a maintenance concern it is resolved within 24-48 hours. The spacious one and two bedrooms features an enclosed building, central air, large closet space, sunroom with washers and dryers inside every unit. The three bedroom features 2bath with washer and dryer inside the spacious apartment. There's plenty parking spaces for you and your guest. Home on the lake
July 20, 2015Living here at Schooner Cove, my apartment is not just an apartment, it's home! My spacious two bedroom apartment has an enclosed porch that I can enjoy year round with Michigan weather. Best of all, I have a view of Ford Lake and can enjoy watching the boats and skiers. For maintenance needs, the maintenance guys are quick and professional. I feel like I live in a park due to all the trees, the walking paths, the boat piers, the swimming pool and tennis courts.Review from Apartments.com
