September 26, 2025The staff and management at SCIO supersede my expectations for living here. This is an old building so it’s tough to make things run smoothly all the time. But this current staff takes immediate care of any issues I’ve had, whether it’s garbage that has dispersed on the lawn after a windy day or turning up the fire pit on a cold day.Property Manager Responded

Spotless
July 1, 2025I love living at Scio for many reasons, but the one I want to focus on is cleanliness. The swimming pool is the cleanest pool I have ever seen and the lobby, gym, and common areas are spotless thanks to fantastic engineering, maintenance, and management staff. In fact when my brother visits, he prefers the building restroom to my bathroom because he says it’s cleaner!Property Manager Responded
