The building is great with plenty of amenities especially being a student they have many great study areas. There is also lots of great food options walking distance on Taylor street! Spotless
July 1, 2025I love living at Scio for many reasons, but the one I want to focus on is cleanliness. The swimming pool is the cleanest pool I have ever seen and the lobby, gym, and common areas are spotless thanks to fantastic engineering, maintenance, and management staff. In fact when my brother visits, he prefers the building restroom to my bathroom because he says it’s cleaner!Property Manager Responded
