Everything is great except we still have a bit of problems with bugs and the pool maintenance- pool and pool area is unacceptable in my opinion.

The power and the AC on goes out way too often and so does the water. Laundry rooms are absolutely disgusting not maintained and the machines do not wash properly. Maintenance takes forever to come service request

No toilet paper in the bathroom. Unhoused people sleeping in the pool area. Trash all around the dumpsters. Sloppy paint job when my ceiling caved in.
