October 29, 2025I have a studio and the cost is a little high for what they offer the only thing that partially offsets the old apartment is the location. The complex still uses the group chiller/furnace for ac and heating so if anything happens to those units it means everyone loses cooling and heating but they do a good job of minimizing any down time.Review from Apartments.com

September 30, 2025Had I been given a tour of my assigned apartment prior to signing the lease, I would not have moved forward. The unit I was placed in was absolutely filthy, poorly maintained, and far below even basic standards of livability. It was clear from day one that this apartment had not been cleaned or properly prepared for a new resident. Upon move-in, I was met with: • Extensive filth throughout the unit, including pet hair, grease splatters on kitchen walls, and a burnt, dirty stovetop. • Water ...damage and rusty pipes in both the bathroom and kitchen. • A dishwasher that reeks of mold/sewer. • Closet doors off-track and broken. • Holes around the kitchen pipes, which contributed to a roach infestation. • Trash left behind outside from the previous tenants and a backyard that has not been maintained. To make matters worse, the few maintenance requests that were addressed were done carelessly and rushed, leaving issues unresolved. I have now been here nearly three weeks, and many of my concerns still have not been fixed. Because of these conditions, I have been unable to move in my belongings or live comfortably. I’m left using only bare minimum essentials while continuing to discover more problems each time I attempt to clean. It is extremely disappointing that management leverages the location, amenities, and polished leasing office to attract residents while neglecting the actual units people are expected to live in. I plan to escalate this further with Greystar, as I have documented everything with photos. Overall, my experience has been unacceptable, frustrating, and deeply disappointing.Property Manager Responded
