    I have a studio and the cost is a little high for what they offer the only thing that partially offsets the old apartment is the location. The complex still uses the group chiller/furnace for ac and heating so if anything happens to those units it means everyone loses cooling and heating but they do a good job of minimizing any down time.

    Currently living in the community of six and a half months, having been satisfied as well as adapting to this area. Fair enough to pricing, amenities and the ability of service to accommodate all each month of the year. Borderlines the (3) cities and major highways that helps making your work, entertainment or dining more a pleasant one for the people who live here.

    I love it here, peaceful, close to alot and I can get to more city around us 15 to 20 minutes so that's great. I love its close to mountains to hike around and fishing to which I love.

    After living here over 10 yrs. I still find coming home to Scottsdale Gateway such a treat. Great pricing, affordable Utility Bundle and Location is Super Convenient, with just minutes to anywhere you want to get to. Ben in the leasing office is always so friendly and professional, even outside of the office.

    Had I been given a tour of my assigned apartment prior to signing the lease, I would not have moved forward. The unit I was placed in was absolutely filthy, poorly maintained, and far below even basic standards of livability. It was clear from day one that this apartment had not been cleaned or properly prepared for a new resident. Upon move-in, I was met with: • Extensive filth throughout the unit, including pet hair, grease splatters on kitchen walls, and a burnt, dirty stovetop. • Water ...
    damage and rusty pipes in both the bathroom and kitchen. • A dishwasher that reeks of mold/sewer. • Closet doors off-track and broken. • Holes around the kitchen pipes, which contributed to a roach infestation. • Trash left behind outside from the previous tenants and a backyard that has not been maintained. To make matters worse, the few maintenance requests that were addressed were done carelessly and rushed, leaving issues unresolved. I have now been here nearly three weeks, and many of my concerns still have not been fixed. Because of these conditions, I have been unable to move in my belongings or live comfortably. I’m left using only bare minimum essentials while continuing to discover more problems each time I attempt to clean. It is extremely disappointing that management leverages the location, amenities, and polished leasing office to attract residents while neglecting the actual units people are expected to live in. I plan to escalate this further with Greystar, as I have documented everything with photos. Overall, my experience has been unacceptable, frustrating, and deeply disappointing.

    It’s pretty chill here, staff is really friendly. Just enforce noice level rules at pool I can hear through the concrete walls. The location is great.

    This has been my best rental experience out of my 10 years of renting at different places. Everything on my end is very low maintenance and I haven't faced any major issues. The three pools are my favorite amenity and the 24/7 fitness center and covered parking lot are appreciated as well!
