love this property
October 1, 2025I have lived here since February. I am in property management and love this place. It is beautifully maintained for an older property. I really liked Gabby, the previous manager, but have not met the new property manager. Maintenance has always been prompt, helpful and courteous. I have only seen a few bugs, but they were OUTSIDE the apartment. It is very quiet. I have taken a nap in the mid afternoon with the screen door open and slept for two hours without noise. Stay away do not rent from here cockroaches and maintenance. Can’t fix anything.
August 7, 2023Poorly managed gone through 10 managers in the last six years. No, AC in the master bedroom would not fix us. Ceiling leaks. Every time it rains, causing mold, would not fix this two years to get a dishwasher that worked upon moving in stove and washer and dryer did not work. Power and AC gone out for two days. Maintence did not think this was a big deal and left me without any I would stay away from this place.Review from Apartments.com

July 6, 2023Moving in I got cockroach vibes and I was right… There were multiple instances where there were cockroaches from the size of half an inch the like two AND A HALF INCHES. Disgusting. Even despite pest control coming in several times and despite jerking out space clean. Also, My roof leaked in my closet after it rained. Loudest complex ever
November 19, 2019I regret moving here so badly, the walls are SO thin. I'm woken up every morning by neighbors who have 4 kids in one room, for some reason they need to scream every time they wake up. My upstairs neighbors are fine most of the time but I can hear every step they take, there is no noise proofing at all. When people walk by your windows expect to hear their full conversations even if they're speaking normally. The residents here are just low class and don't seem to understand community living. The ...property management is a joke and literally does nothing even when people party at the pool until 1am. If you move here just get used to calling the police for your issues, petwin won't do a thing. Apartments are super outdated and the carpeting is so cheap. Parking is rare and the lot is filled with golf carts that drive around old Town and advertise for strip clubs (classy). You'll have better luck parking on the street. Cars are broken into and glass is left in the lot for months. The tennis court is in terrible condition and the grills are out of gas most of the time. Mail is a nightmare if you ever order packages. September 19, 2016My experience with the property Manager and the Property is that first, the Manager was very professional, and has 10 years experience and it shows and the property does not have a office for the Manager, but is you call the property the Manager will come from corporate 2- miles away. Quiet and Prime location!
August 6, 2015I have been living at this complex for a few years, and I enjoy it! It is tucked away and is very quiet. It is located in the heart of Scottsdale, very close to Old Town, a district of clubs, restaurants, and bars! The complex has only 75 units, so it is easy to navigate. Do Not Rent Here!
July 28, 2015This is quite possibly the worst place I've ever lived. The manager, Linda, is never there so the office is always closed during its business hours (usually multiple times a day, for hours at a time so good luck getting your packages left by USPS). To say she's rude and unprofessional would be kind. All the residents are disgruntled because of her, however no knows where to complain (there's only one number listed... and it's the manager's). It took me calling another Petwin Property to find ...out corporate's number: 480-636-8022 This place has the potential to be great, however it's overshadowed by the poor management. Honestly, don't waste your time (there's also no overhead lights and/or ceiling fans, the cabinets like to randomly swing open, cockroaches can be found crawling out of the drain pipes, and there's an excess of paint on the doors, causing them to stick).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 21, 2014If you have an issue with something in the apartment expect it to notify the office several times for it to be looked at. Getting it fixed is another issue. Hopefully you don't need internet as the cable is low grade and fails often. The cable is also not covered in their lease so don't expect it to ever get fixed and cox can't do anything because the office won't let them. And if you expect to get your deposit back in the 14 days required by law....Good luck.Review from Apartments.com
