August 5, 2024If you're looking for a place to live that's affordable by Destin's standards and that's in close proximity to Destin High School for your children then this place may be for you. Outside of that, we would recommend finding a different community. The move in experience was terrible from the start. We moved over 750 miles from our previous residence to be here only to be met with a dirty apartment with an A/C that didn't work properly. Instead of replacing the A/C right from the start as was ...recommended by the A/C repair company, the apartment management staff opted to go with the pinching pennies approach which resulted in three A/C repairman visits over the course of 12 days before they ultimately went with replacing the A/C. The bottom line was more of a priority than our quality of living experience.Property Manager Responded
