February 10, 2026I’ve been here for a few years now with my family. It’s so centrally located. The people working are always kind and it’s clean too! Truly my favorite place we’ve ever lived. August 20, 2024The paper-thin walls in this overpriced apartment make it impossible to enjoy any peace and quiet. Constant noise from neighbors ruins the living experience, despite the hefty rent. Somewhat enjoyable
February 20, 2016We had an ok time here at the seabrook. obviously living close to the beach has alway been a dream of ours and we were able to accomplish that! now other than dana point being awesome. our apartment was pretty nice and good community. what we did not like was the rent was pretty high for what you get.
