This apartment has been amazing! It is so quiet, both from neighbors and the surrounding highways, you really cant hear a thing inside. Everyone is very friendly when you bump into them. The amenities have been so nice to have close by too!

It’s been good. Wish things would get fix faster and hope the pool stays open till the actual end of summer again. Fire pit was broken hope that gets fixed. But love the gym and the grilling areas.

So far no complaints everything has been easy and no issues that don’t go unfixed! The pool and gym have been great amenities along with the free fitness classes on Tuesdays.

Safe and Comfortable Community with plenty of security and well lite for those who travel and arrive late at night. Package room to know you delivers are secure while you are away is a big advantage. Convenience to the highway and just over the boarder of Maine and New Hampshire make it a great way to avoid the tourist traffic. Wonderful and professional support of the on site management and maintenance team.

Great Apartment! With open floor plans and a amazing kitchen it gets an A from me. It is walkable (2 miles) to downtown Kittery and easily accessible off the highway, making it a super convenient place to live.
