August 11, 2025I absolutely love living at Seacoast Residences in Kittery! The community is warm, welcoming, and full of friendly neighbors who truly care about one another. The property is beautifully maintained, with lovely common spaces and a peaceful atmosphere. It’s the perfect blend of coastal charm and modern convenience—close to everything, yet still feels like a quiet retreat. July 7, 2025I've been here just over a year now. It's alright. Pricey considering the management does a horrible job keeping the building clean and maintained. I think its been 4 months since the stairways have been vacuumed. The first floor is stained and constantly smells like trash. Speaking of trash the trash shoots are constantly broken. I finally used the pool and that is not being cleaned either. For a dog friendly place it would be nice to have a dog park, or at least mow the back field to keep ...ticks away. Parking is becoming scarce and I don't even think the apartments are full yet, which is scary. It is quiet. The apartments are nice, since they're new and well equipped. They do host events, but typically during the week and before 5pm. June 29, 2025Overall the community is one of the best in the area and neighbors are friendly, respectful and welcoming. Sitting around the pool is great to and eveyone is enjoying themselves. Sharing of the community resources like grills and firepits is very respectful and often others will share the grill if they are not fully using it. A slight concern is now that the property is 18 months old its quickly beginning to show it wear and tear, concerning that property management is not keeping up. One of ...the grills has not been working for a month, more consistant issues with the WIFI which is effecting us that work from home, landscaping needs attention and the dead trees and plants need to be addressed. Stains on the carpets should have been cleaned or replaced, and the trash system is constantly breaking down. These are not major issues as it more about the common area and overall look that needs to be addressed by the owners.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
