August 12, 2019just now If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible place to live. I just moved in Friday & my A/c unit has never worked. I have made several service requests & the lack luster maintenance team has been unable to resolve the issues. Also my apartment was not move in ready. From the holes in the walls to the air vents leaking brown sludge. The worst part is management is not customer service oriented & could care less about my issues. Worst experience ever! My advice dont come here if at all ...avoidable you will regret it!Property Manager Responded

April 12, 2019I’ve lived here since September 2018... I like MY actual unit. However, the heifer above me is by far the rudest neighbor I have ever had. I hear her stomping on a daily basis. From the moment she sets foot on her floors, I hear her. Management does nothing. Had I initially moved to a second floor, I could have seen myself staying here. October 27, 2018I took a tour of Kingston Villas back in May of this year and I have to say that I was very impressed. The leasing agent that took me on a tour was very helpful and I found the apartments to feel very homey. The beautiful landscaping was just appealing to my eyes with all of the flowers & greenery & I can picture myself living there. I called recently to ask about an apartment that someone was offering me and the person I talked to was very patient & friendly with answering all of my questions. BEWARE
November 14, 2017Management seems to disappear and become unavailable when things go wrong. There have also been multiple car break-ins with thefts and management seem to care little about and only sent out email. We came to the end of our contract and thought we left this all behind us, but we were mistaken. We paid out final rental fees and were told the apartment was good to go during our final walk-through; a few weeks later received another bill for water dated after we had moved out and an added cleaning ...cost. We called the office numerous times to speak with Management and they were always "on property with other renters" we left countless numbers of messages, but none were returned. Then we received a call from their Collections Agent saying we had to pay or it would go to the creditors!!! Worst place ever with untrustworthy Management!Property Manager Responded

DO NOT RENT
September 19, 2017I leased an apartment at Kingston Villas in Katy, TX for a little over a year. I loved living there and about 2 months ago bought a house and moved out. Moving out and terminating has been a horrible experience. I have been charged for things that make no sense and I have been requesting a call and I emailed the manager and to this day, have not received an email or call from the office manager. it will be 2 months on September 29th, since I moved. Every time I call to speak with her she is not ...there and the assistant manager has not called me either. I have asked questions that have still been unanswered and I tried speaking with them and getting everything resolved before it went onto my credit report.This is not the first resident this happens to.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 28, 2015I've lived at Kingston Villas for a little over 7 years and I see myself making this home for many more! I like the homey and roomy floor plans and the layout of the community. LOVE having apt access from my garage-even on the second floor! Rice Park is easy access and great for walking and biking. Staff is helpful and friendly! Easy access to i10, 99 and pretty much any other location you are trying to find. For sure I'd check these out if you are on the hunt!Review from Apartments.com
