Avoid
March 3, 2023Great location unfortunately property is continually plagued by incompetent, under motivated staff from property manager on down. Staff will tell you that apartments are overpriced. Maintenance is nonexistent and property reflects that. Apartments are poorly constructed and as such your utility bills are unnecessarily high especially in the winter when you will be lucky to have heat working in your apartment on cold days. They are no longer the only cottage style living apartments in the area ...would recommend looking elsewhere for a similar concept.Property Manager Responded

A New Place to Call Home
May 12, 2022I enjoy being part of the Seaglass Cottage Community. The amenities are plentiful with two pools, hot tub, fully functional workout center, outdoor patio, grilling area, etc. The cottages are new construction and it is typical to have small hiccups with new construction move- ins but the maintenance department was prompt and professional in addressing them- KM works diligently and respectfully to do the job right the first time. Great place to live
July 22, 2021Cross country relocation is not fun, but when it is to live close to the beach and have an amazing location/place to call home, it is worth it. Diane and Meghan are wonderful to work with in the leasing office and Brad is on top of it for any maintenance needs. Brand New, in Barefoot Resort, across from Barefoot Landing
July 14, 2021Waterfront, great views, nicely built, access to the resort swimming pool which is incredible, and the lap pool within seaglass, walk over to the Marina Bar and Grill for lunch or takeout, property mgmt staff is very attentive to your needs, very secure as it is across the barefoot resort BRIDGE, leasing fast so dont miss out!Property Manager Responded

Fun and relaxing Marina living!!
February 11, 2021We have only lived here a week and already love it so much! The homes are all so nice and the location can't be beat...you can walk to the Marina and the Marina Bar & Grille. It is a 3 minute drive to the beach and there are so many restaurants and more shopping than you can manage in Barefoot Landing! The office and maintenance crews are so amazing and accommodating.
