Seagrass Apartments
April 16, 2023Unfriendly and dirty pools. Residents told us that the big front pool was closed last June, July, and part of August! Residents were told a heated pool was being put in. There is still no heated pool. What changed our minds is that these residents asked the Property Manager and staff about the heated pool and they all acted clueless. If residents are being lied to about the main amenity, what else are they being lied to about. This property does have a second pool, but enter at your own risk! ...Broken glass, cigarette butts, and filmy pool, GROSS!Property Manager Responded

Look Some where else
August 1, 2022Since this new management took over in November the property has gone downhill. Minor low budget improvements and large pool has been cracked 2 times in the bottom that was fixed and now has to be rebuilt. Grounds also has not been kept up and people who have been here for years are moving out. Once management get their act together it will be an A property again - we hope.Review from Apartments.com

March 31, 2022We have been residents for three years and we only have words of thanks, because the stay in this complex has been wonderful. the beautiful facilities always, the maintenance service is fast and timely, the cleaning of the green areas, the pool, the gym, the bbq, in general the whole complex is spectacular, and the attention of the staff is extraordinary, especially Nastasha and Melissa. we love the activities they offer for residents and we enjoy the food trucks very much. June 25, 2021I have been a resident for 4 yrs. Living in this location has great access to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, schools, churches, hospital, etc. - everything. Love my floor plan. The office stood attentive and responsive, which is important for apartment living. They go above and beyond in planning diverse activities and reaching out to tenants on a daily basis with news or issues. The maintenance crew is the best since Ive lived here and do a great job too.
