We moved in about a month ago and honestly, wish I would have shopped around more. Moved in with duct tape painted white around the a/c unit thats ungodly loud, the pool a sickly shade of green, and trash sitting on the sidewalks from god knows where. Moved in with a broken washing machine, broken oven, broken shower head, and it’s been a month and only the oven has been halfway fixed no matter how much we ask. Please shop around more before choosing to live here, because after only one month I ...

can confidently say I do NOT want to renew my lease.
