        Since my last review, the breezeway is cleaner, garbage no longer accumulating Infront of several units, or garbage containers no longer left throughout the day in breezeway ; and/or filthy...dirty sneakers Infront of respective units. With the addition of no smoking sign and removal of bench and sand fill pail... in area once occupied by smokers, smokers have returned to the 67th Avenue walkway to smoke. And, my unit is now free of lingering nicotine smell. If only those with fur babies become ...
        considerate and have their four legged children relieve themself away from the entrance to the building, the stench of urine will dissipate on rainy days. I'm appreciative of the courtesy and efforts of the current Community Manager (Austin) in addressing my concerns.

        I just love Sea Path. It's beautiful in the apartments and the scenery is even better. The office staff are just very kind and helpful. It's a pleasure to live here.         Maintenance has been keeping the hallways and elevators very clean and smelling good. The new landscaping makes the parking lot look really good. The pool has been resurfaced and I can't wait to see it this summer.
