Beautiful and getting better
May 13, 2025From the grounds to the apartments, is beautiful. A true hidden GEM. The office staff, from Jake to Cheryl to Jennifer, they make you fell welcome and that you are part of the family. The maintenance staff as well. Alex Frank and Paul all go above and beyond to make sure you have no worries. The upgrades to the apartments are outstanding too. The newly renovated office and fitness center have really improved the welcoming feeling you will soon have. Seaside Keeps Getting Better!
January 28, 2025Seaside Grove is a hidden GEM!! I didn't know the property existed until I visited a friend in neighboring Berkshire. When I went into Seaside Grove I was blown away by the beauty of the grounds. Beautiful green spaces on property, the amenities continue to be improved and the interior renovations have left the inside of the apartments feeling brand new. do not rent
March 9, 2023do not rent front this place! our health has majorly declined since living here. we are having health issues, coughing up mucus 24/7, constant respiratory problems. it is full of mold, dirty water, and is unsafe. these are definitely not "luxury" apartments. if you put in a maintenance request for mold growing, they will only wipe down the area, and then management will say you never brought the issue to their attentionProperty Manager Responded

February 25, 2022I plan on moving at the end of my lease. A man was shot and killed right in front of my balcony on 11/27/21. The people they are letting move in here are of questionable character. People in my building smoke marijuana constantly and it goes through the vents into my apartment. This apartment complex is going down hill fast. It was nice and quiet three years ago when I moved in. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.Review from Apartments.com
