November 4, 2025We are being subjected to online bullying of multiple reviews in an effort to intimidate the staff. Our professional staff follow the lease guidelines which each tenant signs at the beginning of their apartment lease. We are simply following through with our job.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT
July 15, 2021I called this morning to check to see if any apartments were available, since the listing on this website said it has been updated 2 hours ago. It says 2 bd on the listing, but didn’t have a unit number. When the woman answered the phone and I asked about the apartment, she said if there’s no unit listing then nothing is available. I said, ok, would you mind checking to see if there’s anything open in the system? She then proceeded with “if the unit number is not listed then there’s nothing ...available” rudely then hung up in my face. Wow. I feel sorry for whoever lives here because the management is very unprofessional and rude.Property Manager Responded

No complaints with Seaside Villas
September 26, 2018Love it here! Close to the beach, the staff is very helpful! They can't help that there were other people before them who didn't help. Since I've been here, the staff has turned things around! We finally got the parking lot redone after so many years! The grounds look great, and I'm finally proud to call this place my home. I see the other reviews from the sad and pathetic ex-neighbors (I hope they are exes) and I'm willing to bet that they expected the new staff to look into a crystal ball from ...the past to determine their current needs, instead of being responsible adults and reporting them. I feel bad for the team there who has to deal with those idiotic adult brats. But as for me and my family, we love it here!Property Manager Responded

Be wary
February 11, 2017Be VERY wary of renting here. They are deceitful and dishonest when renting - the "refundable" pet fee? You'll never see it again. You'll get a lot of double talk and run around and "you never actually paid that deposit." The office staff is pleasant, (Jan) when they are trying to rent to you. But when you try to get a repair made or get an answer about your deposit, they are snippy, rude, interrupt you and hang up on you (Stephanie) You'll also wait weeks or even months for repairs to be made ...(dishwasher, air conditioner) if anything breaks. In all, absolutely the worst renting experience ever.
