The current apartment this ad refers to is WAY nicer that described. The ad does not give accurate information about the floor plan and the picture is WAY OFF. This is a luxury apartment on the water with 6 large windows in our living/dinning area plus a large slider. It does NOT look like the picture. We lived in that style apartment, but as soon as this one was available we hopped on it ASAP. This unit has granite everything, all tile floors, and full size HE washer and dryer. There is a ...
bar my kids eat breakfast at each morning that looks into the kitchen and the opening allows the kitchen to see out through the living room to the water. It's a HUGE view of the water. My boyfriend and I work from home so we enjoy this apartment all day long M-F. The two bedrooms are very large, my boys share the second room with plenty of floor space to play. The breeze through the apartment is extraordinary, especially for sleeping at night. And not to mention you get GULFPORT! It's a short walk to everything we love, including our favorite bars and restaurants, our young son's preschool and older son's afterschool program (Gulfport Rec Center), playground, the large field behind the rec center right next to us. Come check this out. We'll be moving this weekend so the apartment is available mid December 2017. It's worth every penny. We're only leaving because we found a house on the water, but I swear we will definitely miss the views here and the access to Gulfport! Oh, and the community is awesome too of course. :)

While the buildings and the facilities are about par with other apartments the location cannot be beat for Gulfport. Short walk to downtown Gulfport; restaurants, shops, and the beach. Oh and 3 bars, so you can drink and walk home, no DUIs! The 3 pools on the property are a plus too. Dog lover? There's a huge field right next door on the water for them play. Ratings: Apartments 3/5, location 5/5
