We had a great experience living at Seaside Apartments. The location is fantastic, with excellent schools nearby and everything we needed just minutes away. We especially loved the beautiful sunset views and the high ceilings in our second-floor apartment, which made the space feel bright and open. We have lived in Seaside Apartments for almost 4 years and we love it. You honestly can’t beat the location. You’re just walking distance from Laguna Heights town Center with Albertsons grocery store, CVS, a juice bar, etc. Not only is it convenient for that purpose but it’s pretty central to everything as well. We’re about 10 to 15 minutes away from Dana point in San Juan Capistrano so you get that cool breeze and marine layer from living close to the ocean and then you drive 20 minutes north ...
and you’re in Irvine. The complex and community is super nice and it’s pretty cool that it’s not apartment stacked on top of each other, if you live in these apartments, there’s an upstairs and a downstairs neighbor so if you’re on the top floor, you have no upstairs neighbor. When it comes to maintenance these guys that work here at Seaside are so quick and do a great job. Today I actually had our AC unit fixed by a maintenance guy named Gabriel who was so quick and also very kind and gracious. In regards to amenities, you have two pools and two gyms here, one in the lower unit and then one in the upper units. They also just built a pickle ball court. I can’t recommend seaside shea apartments enough. We love it here.

I only moved here to be close to Jserra Catholic High School. It's so horrible. Where do I begin? 1st. water damage, 1st day, graffiti on the walls. They remove it but it comes back. My apartment was broken into. The gate only allows residents to enter. I am desperately looking for a new place to live. There are so many better apartments in the area. Its not cheap either. If you have the choice, dont get stuck here like I did.

Whoever tells you this place is “livable” needs to get their head examined! I have lived here for a year - I’ve seen a live police line up in the parking lot, two dom stick violence incidents (police arrived in time), and active drug deals on the daily. Cars are routinely vandalized, packages stolen, and management is utterly useless. Noise at all hours, people “bathing” in the hot tub (complete with toe nail trimming - I witnessed it), and shopping carts everywhere! So fun. So do yourself a ...
