February 23, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI only moved here to be close to Jserra Catholic High School. It's so horrible. Where do I begin? 1st. water damage, 1st day, graffiti on the walls. They remove it but it comes back. My apartment was broken into. The gate only allows residents to enter. I am desperately looking for a new place to live. There are so many better apartments in the area. Its not cheap either. If you have the choice, dont get stuck here like I did.Property Manager Responded

Worst complex ever!

I have lived here for a year - I’ve seen a live police line up in the parking lot, two dom stick violence incidents (police arrived in time), and active drug deals on the daily. Cars are routinely vandalized, packages stolen, and management is utterly useless. Noise at all hours, people “bathing” in the hot tub (complete with toe nail trimming - I witnessed it), and shopping carts everywhere! So fun. So do yourself a ...favor and avoid this place like the plague that lives there!!!Read More

Apartmnts full with German Roaches and not in a livable condition, They towed our cars parked inside designed area. Really Really bad management. Didn't returned security deposit and reported $221 in our SS for nothing.

It's a bummer to see all of the negative reviews as my little family of 4 has been quite happy here. The office staff has always been very helpful and accommodating, as well as the maintenance crew. Our neighbors are friendly, the grounds are kept up, our apartment location is great with a nice view, spacious, and quiet and the rent is reasonable. We aren't far from the ...beach and nice schools and parks in the area. The pools, hot tubs and gym are all very nice and well maintained. If we weren't relocating out of state I could see us staying here quite a long time!Read More

For convenience, there are grocery stores right down the road. The place is well maintained and the staff is incredibly helpful, honest, and down-to-earth, which should be valued with staff in charge of your living space.
