  • WORST APARTMENT AND OFFICE EVER

    Where do i even begin... Apartment flooded on 8/31/2022 due to apartment above me, maintenance was made aware immediately; however repairs were not properly completed and still had mold in apartment as of 12/30/2024. Apartment flooded again on 12/24/2024 due to upstairs neighbor. Maintenance was made aware and ServePro came in with a dehumidifier. On 1/13/2025, my apartment flooded again and maintenance informed it looked like ServePro deliberately turned on the water spigot behind the fridge. ...
    On 1/4/20258, my apartment flooded for the 4th time and the property manager who came to fix the water spigot informed they would allow me to break my lease early because of the issues. Since then i have moved out; however keep having charges added to my account. There was a furniture removal fee added (and the apartment was empty and cleaned when I turned in my keys!) and a fee for using the dumpster (and there are no signs anywhere stating you can't throw away mattresses, i have pictures to prove this!). Don't waste your money or your time hear. Corporate office NEVER returns calls and I've been leaving messages with them for over a month to return my call regarding this issue.

    I have lived in Season's Apartments since February 2020 and I could not have picked a better place to live. Each time I have opened a service request or just had a question every person I have spoken with were awesome and did everything in their power to ensure that my issue or my question was answered/resolved in a timely manner. I love that Ms Karen calls me after any work request has been completed to make sure everything is working and that my request was completed to my satisfaction. I had ...
    an issue with my bank account earlier this month and I called the office and spoke with Monica. Monica was more than understanding and provided me with everything I needed to make sure I was able to get my issue resolved. Twice this summer I had an issue with my central air not working properly. The first time it happened it was a Sunday and I put in my service request and early Monday morning Patrick and Trey were here to work on my unit. Patrick asked me when did my air stop working and I when I told him Sunday he asked why didn't I call the emergency line so that someone could have come out that weekend. He told me that if something like that happens again on the weekend to make sure to call the emergency line so that someone can come out ASAP to take care of the issue. On Monday night of this week I went into my bathroom around 3:30am and there was water all over my floor. I mopped up the water and checked everywhere to try and locate where the water was coming from but I couldn't find anything. I entered my service request and as soon as the office on Tuesday morning Patrick and Trey were here to look at my my bathroom floor. They both spent a large part of their day working on my issue. Although they didn't get the issue completely resolved on yesterday they kept me informed on what they were doing and they were here again bright and early this morning and are working to resolve my problem. I just wanted to say thanks to the staff at Seasons & Woodale Apartments. " Ms. Karen, Monica, Patrick and Trey!!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!

  • Worst apartment office

    Worse company to ever rent from. They change management every two months. Each time you call with a maintenance issue no one ever follows up. You constantly have to call about issues. But they don’t have to call you about rent being late or charging you a high late fee. The people in the office are sooooo rude... It’s always an issue.... Even when you call the corporate office things still don’t get handled. Do not move in these apartments!!! You will regret it!!!
