    The Seasons Resort is a wonderful apartment and conveniently located off of the seawall. The management is cooperative and considerate and the apartments are spacious and quiet. I love raising my 2 year old daughter here!

  • You get what you pay for

    Overall the apartments are great. Good location. Reasonably priced. Adequate parking. However, there are a few downsides. It is an older building that is prone to roach infestations. The managers do a good job of resolving the problem (they pay for pest control) but if you or your neighbors are a slob, you will pay for it with roaches. The reasonably low rent also attracts unsavory neighbors both in the apartment and in the surrounding apartments. I've encountered crackheads and people ...
