Really nice townhouses inside and out, with a management company that is prompt in their responses and does their best to work with residents to mitigate issues. Only downside is the property offers no amenities (no gym, pool, dog potty area, etc)

Upon our move in day, we were surprised to see that there were many things that had not been completed by the cleaners. Once we informed management and maintenance, they were overly helpful in assisting us with fixing those issues. It’s great knowing that staff here are willing to help out so quickly. We have been loving our new home at Seasons Villas so far! The amenities and services are all working great, the space and layout have been good for us and our dog, and we feel like we're close to everything we need. The only reason we're not giving 5/5 stars is the unfortunate amount of trash and dog poop accumulating in and around the neighborhood... We have only been here a couple of months, and hope the problem doesn't get too much worse this summer.

Over all okay, we’ve had our AC break multiple times during the previous summer, it takes forever for plows to come shovel drive ways so we do it ourselves 90% of the time. No one has EVER come to replace our air filter or check our smoke alarms in the almost 2 years we’ve lived here. Our garage dry wall is rotted, the neighborhood reeks like weed half the time and people park in the street in front of their houses rather than in the parking spots making it difficult to get out of the street and ...
