Awesome place to live

This is a great 55plus place to live. Safe, and well run. The maintenance man, Doug, really knows his stuff and is quick and thorough. The manager, Sara, is terrific. She has a fantastic grasp of what she does and extremely professional. Landscaping is well kept and beautiful. Nice quiet neighborhood too Coming here from Redding three years ago was a blessing for me. Anderson is a clean and safe city and Seasons at Anderson is a wonderful place to live Frank loves it here

This is a fantastic complex. Doug the maintenance man is quick to respond to any needs and does a professional thorough job. The manager, Sara, is on top of everything and does a fantastic job. She knows her stuff and is very friendly and professional. Landscaping is kept up here and is a pleasure to look at. The courtyard is like being in a park. Bad on-site management

If you like having favored residents allowed to illegally sell home made tamales on the weekend with a canopy and signs on the front lawn, this is the place for you. This is supposedly a smoke free complex but weed and smoke filled apartments are fine with this manager. When she does inspections it is ignored. I am a woman and I don't feel safe here at night and early mornings with shady homeless people roaming through the complex, and going through our dumpsters.
