Mid pretending to be Luxurious
July 19, 2023Just facts: Particle board counters, poor job repairing worn out appliances and blinds. Carpet is old, probably 20 years old at this point. Loud trucks with kit mufflers continually go by every 5-10 minutes. Rusty stair cases. Weird mix of people who bought condos and normal renters. Owned by out of state investment group that continually raises rents. Grounds are neatly maintained. This is an average place with several negatives.Review from Apartments.com
Best Apartments in Asheville
December 13, 2016We did a lot of research before choosing an apartment close to the city. The Seasons was cheaper than a lot of the other apartments in the area, but also much nicer. It's located in a secluded area that's not too far from downtown, with a grocery store literally a short walk away. After living there for about a year, I can say that the management is helpful, and understanding and that maintenance is always prompt and professional. August 7, 2015The best view of the Smokys and Biltmore Lake in the complex! Nine-foot ceilings, wood burning fireplace, w/d in unit, 10 minutes to crazy Asheville and the Biltmore Estate. Beautifully maintained property with a pool, playground and workout facility....oh, and pet friendly! Three bedrooms, two baths and a pinch of welcome home every night!Review from Apartments.com
