May 19, 2025Despite not offering a 3-bedroom option, we have researched every new complex in Bend, and Seasons got our vote hands-down. Certainly the best dog park, and as a gardener, I love having a shady north patio as well as a sunny south patio for container plants. Our rooms are good-size, and we appreciate things like having space for a dining room table, plenty of overhead and lower kitchen cabinets, and an actual thermostat, instead of a hotel-style unit sticking into the longest living room wall ...(a terrible feature on virtually every brand new complex recently built or under construction). We also love the covered parking option, and we find the entire staff to be pleasant and responsive. Also really appreciated the $1,000 lease renewal bonus!Property Manager Responded

April 15, 2025I moved in at the end of March any everything was extremely smooth and easy to navigate. Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff was easy to communicate with and everything online was easily accessible. The amenities of the property are very nice, especially for the pricing of the units in this area. June 3, 2024We looked all around Bend, and Seasons offered the best combination of large floorplans, two patios (for our gardener), new construction with high ceilings, thermostat, garbage disposal, granite surfaces, etc.), and accepted a large dog. Their dog park is superior to what any other apartment complex offers. Landscaping is nicely maintained, and they employ adequate maintenance staff.Property Manager Responded

Trying to charge me for parking spots I'm not using, trying to charge me for utilities from before I had even moved in, banning me from meeting my financial advisor in the commons area that I pay the utilities for for no reason, trying to change my rental insurance policy behind my back to an incorrect address for some reason, and leaving my broken heater unresolved for 3 months in the heart of winter when they knew it was keeping us awake at night.Property Manager Responded
April 6, 2024Hi there, Thank you for this review. We see one parking spot active on your account that you are being charged for. You are free to meet with whoever you like in the clubhouse, but we have spoken separately with your financial advisor who happens to be a tenant with us and as outlined in the lease, the common areas may not be used to conduct any business. Staff and tenants are required to follow what is stated in the lease. When your insurance fell out of compliance, they reached out to us directly and we provided a change in address for the additional insured section for our Greystar office. As for your heater, once we were informed by you that it was acting up during the snowstorm, we had Temp Rite come out that very night. We were told by them directly that this is an occasional sound the heater makes when it's cold. It was not ongoing at that time. We were not informed until 3 months later that it had been ongoing. Once we learned that, we immediately booked a replacement which ...took about a week and the issue was resolved. We apologize for your having to deal with this and, like we continue to say, if we knew the issue was ongoing then we would have taken action much sooner. We hope that the rest of your tenancy with us will be smoother. We are grateful to have you both with us.
