Nice New Apartment Community
September 21, 2023This is an excellent community, starting with the supportive women in the front leasing office, and Jerry, the guy that handles any maintenance issues on the property. The Clubhouse has a high taste level, very tastefully appointed overlooking a pool that has more than enough room to swim in. Nice adjacent fitness center too. They have events for the residents, which is a nice touch. Plenty of sidewalks to walk and the streets are safe enough to ride a bicycle. Our 2 bedroom apartment is well ...thought out. Bedrooms are tastefully covered with a textured carpet. Windows are big for nice window light. All cabinets are good quality and finished in a nice dark gray. Lighting in all rooms has some really nice accents. Our attached garage is amazingly big, enough for two cars or one car and a small storage area. What I love is the huge walk-in closets. Closet space seems to be an afterthought in newly constructed buildings, not here. For all of this, price point is actually lower than similarly situated apartment complexes.Property Manager Responded

Great Property - good location
July 21, 2023I have been a resident for over half a year, and it has been a great place to live. You are right outside of the border of Racine or Kenosha - a 5-minute drive from grocery stores, shops and more. There are parks and bike baths that I have been totally taking advantage of. The property has a pool, gym and a dog park which is really nice. I was a little leery of it being new construction, but the noise if minimal, the staff is friendly an sends updates when needed. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT " luxury"
July 17, 2023The apartments are nice but good luck getting anything fixed in a timely manner. Not near enough amenities for a "luxury" complex. We had to wait over 2 weeks to get our AC fixed in 85-degree weather. The office never gives out any information as to what's going on around the buildings and if they do it's last minute. They send "bad news" emails out 1 minute before the office closes so that they don't have to reply to anyone's emails. Go somewhere else. there are other "luxury" apartments for ...less plus way more competent office staffProperty Manager Responded

May 23, 2023Just be aware they’ll email you out of nowhere 4 months later after they supposedly collected a sample claiming they found your dogs poop dna on the ground, mind you I was in the leasing office a week prior telling them I no longer have the dog and haven’t for two months. Now I have been given a charge of $200 from four months ago all of a sudden. I hope everyone else is getting charged “accordingly”for a dog they actually have for how much DOG poop I’ve seen around the apartment building..Snow ...plow crew will do damage to your doors. I’ve had damage to my door for months and it still is not fixed. They only care about money, and emailing you everyday about problems the LEASING AGENTS sees or wants to complain about around the buildings and not the residents.Property Manager Responded

As information, our pet DNA service is intended to help maintain our community grounds. No fines are incurred for pet owners as long as waste is picked up. Our team periodically collects abandoned waste and submits for testing without knowledge of how long it has been since deposited. Throughout this spring our team has been working with our snow vendor to address any snow damage repairs. So-so
October 13, 2022Not a place for anyone who works third or 2nd shift. Very loud construction going on all day making it impossible to sleep. Beautiful apartments inside and outside, but wish there was more of an accommodation for the noise. Staff is always friendly, clubhouse is always clean and amenities are great. Neighbors are super friendly & overall a great community of people to live near. Huge inconvenience of the construction by not only the noise, but constant dirt on my car from said construction. No ...communication from staff on construction updates to let us know certain areas that might be impacted/ louder. Moving into the apartments in July wasn’t the best idea, as nothing was completed as assumed it would be. March 28, 2022I called to inquire about this new build shortly after their website went up - even though the location isn’t built yet, the leasing staff were so helpful and were friendly enough to show me a similar sister property.
