Literally love it here
July 19, 2024I moved here in 2021 and it's been amazing ever since. From the property & leasing managers (Jordain and Stephanie) all the way to the maintenance (Mike and Kobie). Everything has been handled so wonderfully and with quickness. The best part is the views and the close proximity to grocery stores/ liquor store and gas stations. Super close to the freeway and tons of trails nearby. Neighbors are amazing all around 10/10 would recommend.Property Manager Responded

Traffic Nightmare. Irresponsible developer. DO NOT RENT HERE
April 5, 2020No person should rent here. What The irresponsible developer doesn’t want anyone to know is that they’ve engaged in zero planning for a massive complex without addressing how people are going to get out on Traverse Ridge Road at all hours of the day.
