July 7, 2020Luxury?! Who are they kidding? Call a spade a spade. If it walks like a duck, sounds like a duck and looks like a duck—it’s a duck. Utter Crap. The management is terrible. There is NEVER anyone in the office. No one answers the phone. Work orders go unanswered for days on end. Flooding dishwasher, broken oven and leaks from windows from excessive rain are all considered no biggies. Don’t waste your time with these “luxury” Units.Review from Apartments.com
One of the Best in Temple Terrace
October 17, 2019My wife and I have lived in several other apartments in this part of Temple Terrace and Seastone is by far our favorite. Despite rent being a bit higher, it is more than made up for by the quality of the apartment itself and the service provided by the office staff and maintenance team. They always have a lot on their plate and manage to help however they can! We also feel relatively safe in this area at night. We walk our dogs or go outside without any fear of being bothered. All in all, the ...property is in a good location and well kept compared to others in this area!Property Manager Responded
