Pretty nice place
December 26, 2021The staff at Sedona are great. The two girls in the office are very nice. If I have an issue it gets resolved almost instantly. Sometimes I can hear my neighbors, but no more than any other apartment I’ve lived in.Review from Apartments.com
Terrible experience
May 16, 2020Stay away. They don’t care about the tenants and are extremely rude. Broken things never get fixed even after multiple complaints. My apartment had no hot water for 4 days because someone forgot to turn the hot water back on. The other tenants are so noisy and play music all hours of the night. The apartments smell like marijuana and cigarettes, despite smoking being against the rules.Review from Apartments.com

Don't let appearances fool you
March 27, 2020I was drawn in by the hardwood floors, contemporary fixtures, and general appearance of the building. However, upon signing a one year lease and spending my first few nights in my apartment, I was extremely disappointed to find out that one of my neighbors plays loud music into the early hours of the morning. Despite others complaining they continue to do so on most nights. While the facilities look nice, the tenants make this an uncomfortable place to live or sleep.Review from Apartments.com
