**6/26 Update** -5 stars DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so hesitant to eat dinner and this is why...Last night while eating dinner a ROACH ran across my table toward my food and this morning I woke up to a roach in my bed. I have not unpacked ANY kitchen stuff, I have not bought groceries, my daughters refuse to take a bath. I can not eat in this apartment. NOW I can't sleep in it. They come every single Monday and spray NOTHING changes I saw an improvement on week 2 now I been living here ...
for almost a month and I have killed hundreds of roaches. This place is infested and OVER priced. This shouldn't even be allowed to rent. The manager is really nice not his fault he is just an employee of this disgusting place. I am only in Month 1 haven't even paid rent yet. I can not believe I have to stay here. I'm sick to my stomach.

Have complained, but no help! Go thru 2 cans of Raid per week. Hundreds at night. In our Beds, furniture, etc. I have bombed, put out traps, but still no help. Totally invested. Didn't have any when we moved in. Don't know if we'll ever get rid of them. My Neighbors have Christmas lights still up and it is August. No Policies to keep place nice! Poor Management! Run Away!!!!!!!

The fact that they have to make fake reviews about this place should tell you all you need to know. T.Pickett. There is no "bldg1748“. Also Maintenance requests are NEVER taken care of in " 1 businesses day", you're lucky if they come within a business week. There is NO "courtesy officer" during the day or at night; which is when I actually am coming back from work and never see anyone doing anything let alone "rounds". Other than that it's not a bad neighborhood to live in. Very quiet, neighbors ...
are very friendly and there is always kids running around playing. The real downfall to this complex is PESTS, PESTS, PESTS!!! The roaches in these buildings are out of control. I have had them spray for weeks on end, I spray and bomb on my own, I try the -As seen on TV- pest control devices and NOTHING works! It will take the owners of this property to care to erraticate the infestation which I don't see happening anytime soon, especially since the property manager will act naive or even go as far as to lie in order to avoid the pest issue! I am too unhappy with living with bugs to give Sedona Falls anything BUT the one star they deserve!

Sedona Falls is amazing! The staff really knows how to take care of the residents and they accommodate maintenance requests immediately within 1 business day in the most part. Claudia, Melbin, and Tony will always exceed your expectations- they are always courteous and a pleasure to talk to. I work late most nights and it’s always a courtesy officer doing his rounds securing safety and that’s a major PLUS for me. The apartment complex is right next door to Wal-Mart and one mile from Burlington’s ...

it's okay for starters

Sedona Falls is my first apartment building that I have lived in. The staff are nice people, but sometimes getting a hold of them can be troublesome. The apartments are ok for what you pay. I'm still living in the non renovated apartments and they are starting to make all of them renovated. The community seems to be friendly and children run around playing all the time. I have had some bug issues but I called and got my apartment sprayed. All in all a good starter apartment but I have seen better ...
and more affordable ones.
