Going downhill…
July 29, 2022I have lived here for over three years and over four summer seasons. When I began living here the pool was open during the summer until 9 PM. This year for the first time the pool closes at 6 PM Monday through Friday and 8 PM Saturday and Sunday. New management also keeps the door to the bathroom off the pool permanently locked. While numerous residents have complained, the new manager and part owner just ignores them. Meanwhile the rent has increased 3 times and is one of the highest in the ...area. Neighboring apartment is $200 to $300 less per month and the beautiful pool is open until 9 every night. Right now in our area there is an extreme heat watch and temps over 100 degrees. It saddens me to see so many children unable to use the pool in the evenings. If I wasn’t locked into a lease I would move.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Family Friendly
September 2, 2015My family and I have lived here for over 2 years now. The staff is friendly and helpful. The residents are friendly as well. We love the close proximity to the store, park, and Woodridge Elementary School. The pool is a blast in the summer and the lawn is well manicured.
