  • Great complex with great management!

    I've been nothing but happy with living at Seminole Woods! I've been here for over a year, and the management is great - always quick to respond to any maintenance needs, and they keep the place looking nice! Landscaping is always kept up, repainting the balconies, etc. I've never had any issues with noise & never hear my neighbors. They're also offering upgrades to apartments, which I took advantage of when I moved in, and I love it! Granite counter tops, new appliances, light fixtures, overhead ...
    fan, and counter top and sink in the bathrooms. The location is also wonderful...just 10 minutes from downtown Madison, very safe area, and a beautiful large park right in your back yard with ponds, walking/biking paths, tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, a splash pad, and ice skating in the winter! There are also tons of restaurants within walking distance as well as groceries. No complaints here!
