Very poorly built! BAD building...

I can't belive how poorly this building is built. When people (lightly) walk upstairs, whole walls and ceiling of downstair apartment "shakes". Not a slight shake that you can easily ignore. So loud & intense that feels likes blowing your mind.
Units facing South hear Path train very distinctly (windows have to be closed all times).
Overall, stay away! This is a cheaply built building that you will regret moving in, like we did.
Great building but lot of hidden charges

The building is great, but when you sign up the lease, but they have slapped a number of charges for which they will charge when leaving the building.
The walls and ceilings are not well insulated, so you can hear everything from the walls, and from the ceilings.
They charge convenience fee for paying rent online, which they did not disclose before.
There is only 1 trash chute in the building which is as huge as a street block. And only 2 elevators. Its a poor design given how much one has to ...
carry stuff around to get to the apartments. Not enough exit doors.

I love living here. The apartments are beautiful with very high ceilings. The amenities are great, party room, large gym, movie room, basketball court, ATM, outdoor area, grills. building is very modern looking. Concierge is great.
