I absolutely love My apartment, the neighborhood is clean and quiet. A nice place to raise a family. The elementary school is an excellent school. The people at the rental office and maintenance are very nice people as well.

I love my apartment here at Seneca. Bay, the maintenance and people at the rental office are so nice. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else besides Santa Claus.

Getting much better than it was, it seems like they care more about their residents now, they're also working on improving the looks of the apartment which is nice and makes you feel good to live here
