These prices are incorrect. They'll hit you with an extra $150 for a "premium apartment." Super shady business practices. Makes you wonder what else they're doing.

I lived in the Seneca for about two years, and my experience has been nothing but great! The apartments are nice and beautiful, and the neighborhood is safe, making it a good place to live in. Maintenance has been prompt, and Jesse and Chapmin were helpful during my stay. Moved out because I got a job in another city. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful experience at Seneca Apartments

Our daughter attends CCAD and is renting at The Seneca Apartments. Its close proximity to school, friendly and inviting environment and staff are just a couple reasons our daughter rents here. She feels safe and the management - Tasha and Chris - are amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. We recommend these apartments highly.
