I lived in the Seneca for about two years, and my experience has been nothing but great! The apartments are nice and beautiful, and the neighborhood is safe, making it a good place to live in. Maintenance has been prompt, and Jesse and Chapmin were helpful during my stay. Moved out because I got a job in another city. Highly recommend this place!

Our daughter attends CCAD and is renting at The Seneca Apartments. Its close proximity to school, friendly and inviting environment and staff are just a couple reasons our daughter rents here.
